IBC’s Top D2/D3 Players Overseas: 2017 Summer Season

IBC’s Top D2/D3 Players Overseas: 2017 Summer Season

Due to an increase in importing within second and third divisions overseas, for the first time we have put together performance rankings of our members who signed within these leagues. To see our top performers in the first divisions around the globe this past summer you can check out our Top Batters , Top Pitchers and Top Two-Way Players lists.

In determining the following rankings, we assumed all second division across countries are equal in level with third divisions being a step below.

Qualifying Criteria:

  • Must be a former or current International Baseball Community member
  • Only 2nd, 3rd or 4th divisions of countries are considered
  • Verifiable stats available online
  • Regular season stats only considered
