Aaron Flood – Canadian Coach looking for international club, willing to pay for flights.

Aaron Flood is a Canadian resident who is looking to take his coaching career overseas. Aaron has been consistently coaching since 2011 where he started his career as a player coach for the St. Francis University X-Men. After his time at St. Francis, Aaron moved on to be a coach in the Okotoks baseball program and was the head coach of the midget outlaws teams. In 2015 Aaron was selected as an assistant coach for the U18 Newfoundland Midget division team and coached the team during the 2015 Canadian Midget Championships. The following year Aaron was given the Head Coaching position of the same U18 team and lead them during the Midget Championships in 2016.

Aaron Flood is a Coach who has considerable baseball knowledge and a lot of experience with developing players in their late teen years. As well as leading those players on the field. With a long baseball background, Aaron is a perfect coach to help bring a new attitude and level of expertise to any international club.

Aaron is willing to pay for his flights to and from the club.

Playing Experience

Played both Midget and Junior Provincial Mens in Newfoundland for 8 years. Member of 2008 Provincial Junior Champions. Attended 2008 Canadian Junior Nationals. Played Senior Mens in Newfoundland from 2004 – Present. Member of 2013 Provincial Senior Mens Champions. Played at St. Francis Xavier University from 2011-2013. Player Coach both years.

 

Coaching Experience

Starting coaching T Ball at age 14. Coached every summer until the of age 22 when he became Technical Director with Corner Brook Baseball Association (www.cbbaseball.ca).

2010-2013 – Ran the spring and summer recreation program, as well as coached Junior Baseball In Corner Brook, NL.

2011-2013 – Was a player coach with St. Francis University X-Men in the CIBA (Canadian Intercollegiate Baseball Association).

2013-2015 – Coached with the Okotoks Outlaws Baseball Program in Okotoks, AB, Canada. I was head coach of the midget outlaws.

2015 – Assistant coach with Provincial U18 Midget Team Newfoundland. We attended the U18 Canadian Midget Championships.

2016 – Head Coach with Provincial U18 Midget Team Newfoundland, attending the 2016 Canadian Midget Championships

Coaching Philosophy

Be positive, work hard, focus, and hustle. The better we prepare ourselves mentally before, during, and after the game, the more prepared we are to win.
