Brianna (Bree) Tourtillott – NCAA I Catcher who graduates in Dec ’17 seeking overseas career

Brianna Tourtillott is a catcher out of Florida Gulf Coast University (NCAA I) who in her senior season was voted the to the Atlantic Sun Conference All-Tournament team.

She is a contact hitter with some pop and is a very agile catcher with a pop time hovering around 1.8. In additional to catching, Bree is also very comfortable playing the outfield and also has experience playing shortstop in high school and her early college years. 

Bree on why she wants to take your career overseas:

“I have worked at this game for my whole life, it’s what I know and love. I just finished my final year of softball and I am not ready for it to end. I want to meet new people while playing the game, travel, and make more memories for as long as I can. I work hard to be able to play and I want to continue to so.”

Although no prior coaching experience, Bree is willing to help out a club where needed within their youth program.

Hobbies and Interests: Spending time with family, reading, going to the beach, adventures, anything fun outdoors, traveling. Other sports namely basketball, cross country, tumbling.

Post Softball Career Plans: Special education teacher or pursue her masters in speech pathology. Possibly enter the peace corps or teaching overseas.
