Jonny Abbadusky – OF who in 2017 set his college single season record in batting average (.406), stolen bases (19), OBP (.504), SLG% (.519), TB (97), runs (47) and hits (76)

Jonny Abbadusky is the all-time recorder holder at Cornerstone University (NAIA) in stolen bases, hits, runs, and total bases. In 2017, he was the conference leader in stolen bases and broke multiple single season school records outlined in the title above. In summary, Jonny is an offensive powerhouse who can hit or average with power and can steal bases with the best of them.

As an outfielder he does not play the position in the highest of demand overseas to fill with an import, however he is athletic to the point where he could adapt to an infield position given some time. He is also open to being a head coach of a youth team within a club that signs him, despite not having any previous coaching experience.

Jonny on why he wants to take his career overseas:

“Baseball has always been a passion of mine. I have had a lot of success playing baseball in my life and would really like to continue that. Over the past few years I have had the opportunity to travel to a lot of interesting places. Places like Dubai, Cuba and Iraq. These trips quickly made me realize that I also have a passion for traveling and meeting new people. So when I was introduced to playing baseball overseas it seemed like a no brainer.”

Any club looking to bolster their offense and running game is encouraged to reach out to Jonny with any expressions of interest.

“Jonny is one of the most gifted players I’ve coached in 20 years. His explosive speed make him an electric player to watch on offense and defense. Jonny was a four-year starter for us at Cornerstone University and grew into a tremendous leader both on and off the field. As the best defensive outfielder I’ve coached, he will be a tremendous asset to any team looking for a spark for their squad.”

David Mitroff – Assistant Coach, Arizona Christina University. Email:

“Jonny Abbadusky is a human highlight  film. Of all the players I have coached…none have brought that game day passion for excellence and winning like Jonny.

He got standing ovations in game from top opposing teams for the plays and reckless abandon he demonstrated game in and game out.
His teammates love him and he will be a leader on any squad anywhere. Pure natural speed that no one can coach. He just has it.”
